This year we will be celebrating the 30th anniversary of ACC Australia’s In-house Legal National Conference.  This momentous occasion will be taking place from the evening of Wednesday 13 November, through Thursday 14 November and concluding on Friday 15 November and will be hosted at the iconic MCG in Melbourne.

We are now inviting submissions from members across the in-house legal spectrum to contribute their insights, experiences, and expertise to our program.

The theme for our 30th anniversary In-house Legal National Conference is:

Connect. Collaborate. Create.

In line with this theme, we are seeking submissions that explore innovative approaches, foster collaboration, and inspire creativity within the in-house legal community. Whether you have groundbreaking research to share, best practices to showcase, or compelling case studies to present, we welcome your contributions to help shape our program.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Content Areas: Submissions should align with the conference theme and may cover a broad range of topics including but not limited to legal innovation, risk management, leadership, diversity and inclusion, technology in legal practice, ethics, and compliance.
  • Presentation Formats: We encourage diverse presentation formats such as interactive sessions, panel discussions, case studies, and individual presentations. Please indicate your preferred format in your submission. Please note all session spots will be 60 minutes long.
  • Submission Deadline: The deadline for submissions extended until 5pm AEST, 15 May 2024.
  • Submission Process: To submit your session proposals, please use our ‘Abstract Portal’, where you will be able to save drafts and submit multiple presentations with ease. Our 2024 National Conference Programming Committee, comprising senior in-house lawyers, await your submissions with eager anticipation.

Registration

Speakers will receive a complimentary day pass for the day they are speaking at conference. Speakers will be able to upgrade their day pass to a full conference registration, including all social functions, for an additional fee.
